Christmas Dinner 2025

 

We are back with our 11th Annual Take-Home Christmas Dinner!  If this is your first time ordering, welcome!  Please read the information below before ordering.  Ordering links can be found at the bottom of this page (Starting at 9am Dec 1).

Each year we make holiday dinners at Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you don't have to.  There is a small size that feeds 3-4 people, a large size that feeds 6-8 people, or you can choose from our selection of individual sides.

Turkey:

Our turkeys come in around 19-22lbs raw.  We then break them down into breasts, wings, and thighs which we brine for 24 hours, dry for 24 hours, then roast.  We confit and pull the leg meat. Small orders receive a 1/4 turkey and large orders receive 1/2 turkeys. Large orders will have the option of cooked turkey meat or the option to cook from raw.  We do not offer full turkeys with our orders.

Sides:

Each of our sides are available to order individually.  When ordering individually, the sides are the same size as they would be in a small dinner and come in around 1lb each, depending on the item.

Allergy:

Due to the nature of traditional holiday cooking, we are not able to accommodate all allergy restrictions but have listed them so you can plan accordingly.  We are pleased to offer a full gluten-free version of our dinner or you may order individual gluten-free sides.  Dairy free dishes are noted with (DF).  This year we have included additional allergen info to ease any ingredient concerns.

Reheating Instructions:

Our goal with this dinner is to put a delicious meal on your table and allow you to spend time with your friends and family.  Full reheating instructions will be provided and the dinner should not take more than 90 minutes to reheat.  Oven temps may vary.

Pick-Up:

We have made the decision to only offer pick-up for these dinners.  Pick-up is available from 11am to 3pm on December 24th from the parking lot of Our Daily Brett Market & Cafe.  Our team will be there to greet you and assist you to your car with your meals.  Please have your name and order number ready upon arrival.
