Sometimes a board piled high with all your favourite meats and cheeses is the only thing that will do. We like to keep an assortment of different varieties stocked in our fridge so that impromptu summer boards are easy to fix when the mood strikes (which is usually when the sun is out and the rose is chilled). Next time you're in the market, load up with some of our favourite cheese board staples such as shropshire, comte, st. paulin and beemster gouda to name a few. Oh, and don't forget the iberico salami and prosciutto di parma for good luck.
