Bistro Nights Oct 23: Chef Laetitia Chrapchynski

We’re kicking off our first  Bistro Night  with special guest  Chef Laetitia Chrapchynski.

Laetitia (LT) is a Calgary-based chef whose career has taken her from Montréal to Washington, D.C., where she served as Executive Chef at the Canadian Embassy, cooking for prime ministers, visiting dignitaries, and international guests. She’s also held the Culinary Director roles at Donna Mac and Proof, and recently completed an externship with the Alinea Group in Chicago, working on their Charlie Trotter tribute menu.

For one night only, LT will take over the kitchen at ODB with an  à la carte French/Alberta bistro menu, featuring dishes like  Trout “Cannelloni” with sweet & sour rutabaga  and  Collier de Porc with sauce basquaise and marinated peppers.

Join us for an evening of classic technique, local ingredients, and a touch of French flair -  served à la carte or as the full menu ($150 for two).  No reservations.  First come first served.  5pm-9pm.
