Bistro Nights returns on June 18th in collaboration with The Cookbook Co. Cooks, one of Calgary's most beloved culinary institutions.
For more than four decades, The Cookbook Co. has been a gathering place for home cooks, professional chefs, and anyone who loves good food. Founded in 1984, the store has built a reputation as one of Canada's premier independent cookbook shops, curating an unmatched collection of cookbooks, kitchen tools, and culinary inspiration from around the world.
This special Bistro Night celebrates what food does best: bringing people together. Join us for an evening of seasonal cooking, thoughtful wine pairings, and a chance to gather around the table with friends, family, and fellow foodies.
Dinner will be served prix fixe and accompanied by optional wine pairings from Metrovino. See below for menu and pricing.
$78 per person | $10 per person deposit required. Vegetarian and GF options available and must be noted at the time of booking. Booking via the ODB website, or Opentable. Reservations available from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Limited seats available.
